I have been shooting one way or another since childhood when my parents gave me a small old film camera to play with. A class in HS made me jump headlong into it. A short interlude after college "working" And then I started doing it full time.

Art Statement

As a photographer, I am drawn to the intricate beauty and subtle mysteries of the world around us. My work is inspired by the paths that lead to unknown destinations, capturing the essence of life's unpredictability and the dual nature of excitement and uncertainty. I find wonder in the small, often overlooked details that reside in the periphery of our lives, revealing the hidden layers of complexity and enchantment that many miss.

Much like the living tapestry of florescence, I seek to paint the landscape with vibrant colors and intricate patterns, transforming ordinary scenes into visual masterpieces. My lens captures the delicate symmetry and natural artistry found in everyday moments, reminiscent of the profound creativity inherent in the world of woodworking. Through my photography, I aim to showcase the artistry and craftsmanship that transform the raw elements of life into enduring and elegant images, inviting viewers to explore and appreciate the profound beauty that surrounds us.
